No. OUTPAY INDIA is a technology-enabled service platform and is not a bank. Services are made available through tie-ups with authorised banks, business correspondents and regulated partners, subject to eligibility, limits and applicable regulations.
Services may include UPI cash access, AePS, domestic money transfer, micro-ATM services, recharge and utility payments, and BBPS bill payments. Which services a particular merchant offers can vary, so confirm with the merchant before you go.
Find a nearby authorised merchant point, confirm the service is available, enter the amount, and authenticate securely. Your transaction is verified before it is completed, and you receive your cash along with a digital receipt.
Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. Enquiries sent outside these hours are answered the next business day, and we typically respond within one business day.
No, never. OUTPAY and its merchants will never ask for your UPI PIN or any OTP, including someone claiming to be from OUTPAY. Confirm the exact amount before you authorise a transaction and always collect your digital receipt.
You need an active retail shop, valid identity and address proof, a PAN, an active bank account, a smartphone with internet, the ability to manage cash, a good local reputation, and a willingness to follow compliance requirements.
Typically your Aadhaar card, PAN card, a passport-size photograph, a photograph of your shop, business proof, a bank statement, a cancelled cheque, address proof, GST registration and trade licence where applicable, and your mobile number and email. Documents are collected during verified onboarding, not on the website form.
No. Any earning example is an indicative estimate only. Actual earnings depend on your transaction volume, local demand, the services active on your account, and your operating hours and cash availability.
There are three: State distributors, who oversee state-level merchant and district-distributor growth; District distributors, who recruit and support pincode distributors and merchants in a district; and Pincode distributors, who recruit, train and support merchants within an assigned pincode.
No. All investment, commission and income illustrations are indicative business projections only. OUTPAY INDIA does not guarantee income, returns or profitability to any distributor. Please read the Compliance Disclaimer before you commit.
