What services can I get at an OUTPAY merchant point?
Services may include UPI cash access, AePS, domestic money transfer, micro-ATM services, recharge and utility payments, and BBPS bill payments. Which services a particular merchant offers can vary, so confirm with the merchant before you go.
How do I get cash from an OUTPAY merchant?
Find a nearby authorised merchant point, confirm the service is available, enter the amount, and authenticate securely. Your transaction is verified before it is completed, and you receive your cash along with a digital receipt.
What are your support hours, and how quickly will you reply?
Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. Enquiries sent outside these hours are answered the next business day, and we typically respond within one business day.
