You need an active retail shop, valid identity and address proof, a PAN, an active bank account, a smartphone with internet, the ability to manage cash, a good local reputation, and a willingness to follow compliance requirements.
What documents do I need to apply as a merchant?
Typically your Aadhaar card, PAN card, a passport-size photograph, a photograph of your shop, business proof, a bank statement, a cancelled cheque, address proof, GST registration and trade licence where applicable, and your mobile number and email. Documents are collected during verified onboarding, not on the website form.
